Description:
Mink Industry Enhancement Program aims to support Nova Scotia mink farms certified under the Mink Care Assessment Program (MCAP) to strengthen the industry’s position in the market and create market access opportunities while supporting the industry in its adoption of animal care standards.
Comments on Funding:
Funding is up to $100,000 per applicant for the duration of the program. Applicants are eligible for $25.00 assistance per breeding female mink.

The applicants must complete and submit the Application to PBRM.
Documentation Needed:
Applicants must submit:
- 1a copy of certificate and audit report from the Mink Care Assessment Program (MCAP),
- 2proof of number of breeding females from Canada Mink Breeders Association,
- 3Program Funding Registration form, if they are clients new to PBRM funding.
Other Things to Note:
Applications will be processed in order of receipt until available funds are committed
